Okay, you know what? I'm sick of people flaming others because they support a pairing that they dislike. Seriously.

I've always hated it, but hated it more after a friend of mine was badly flamed for liking ZADR. I did everything I could to try to get the person to stop, even removing them from the *anti-zadr-club (yes, I own that) but the flaming continued, even to others pages after the other person blocked the flamer.

I hate ZADR. I think that's obvious by looking at my gallery. But I love a lot of the ZADRists her, and I think many of them are great artists with amazing talent and drawing styles. Who cares if they like something I dont? I'm sure there are things I like that they don't. It says nothing about them as people, personality wise, and to judge them by something like that is stupid. And it bothers me that there are a lot of people I won't get to know because I'm an anti-ZADRist.

Anyway... long story short... Hate the pairing, not the pairing artist.

I agree with you completely.

I disagree with a lot of my friends when it comes to pairings. But I love my buddies. I hate the pairings, not the people who support them.

It's not really like that with RAPR I noticed. Probably because there are very very few AntiRAPRists out here on dA. I mean, the RAPR club has like 300 members and out of all the time I've been on dA and randomly searching on fanfic.net *shudder* and wherever else I've seen maybe 30-40 AntiRAPRists. The Tallest don't have as big a fan base as Zim and Dib I guess since they're just side characters. But the little fan base they DO have is RAPR. Even 2 friends of mine who were Antis switched to liking it after awhile.
So I guess because there's so few of us and so many of them we kinda just learn to get on each others good sides XD

I wish the ZADR/AntiZADR people were like that. I've seen a lot of ZADRists that seem like cool people, but it's just so hard to get to know them because we Anti-ZADRists are kind of known for not so great things, like being homophobes and flamers.DX Which I most certainly am not. People often make decisions based on the worst they've seen from a group, and we've definetly had some bad peopee in our's.>.<

Agreed. I have some friends who are ZADRists, but I'd never treat them any less than my other friends.

Aww, man, so they kinda jump ahead of themselves sometimes because of that? I guess I can't really blame it, especially if they've been flamed. Getting flamed is dang tough for some people and can really paint a picture in someone's head of that person. I got flamed by this person once and now everytime I see their avatar I just burn inside with some kinda weird feeling. I wish it wouldn't have to be like that though, people shouldn't hate each other over something so silly D:
